The Learning Experience Product Designer at the African Leadership University is the design lead for an entire undergraduate degree program, shaping the overall student learning journey and ensuring alignment with ALU’s mission and pedagogy. The role translates ALU’s philosophy into a cohesive, experiential, and student-centered curriculum across multiple modules and collaborates closely with faculty, module leads, and cross-functional teams. It reports to the Senior Manager, Learning Experience Design – Undergraduate.
