Learning Facilitator (Technical Training Lead Analyst)

The Learning Facilitator will lead virtual and asynchronous training sessions, develop onboarding curricula, and create learning resources for the Consumer Health Engagement team. This role partners with Epic trainers, health coaches, and operations leaders to translate clinical and operational workflows into practical training experiences, supporting change management and continuous improvement.
