The Learning Facilitator designs, delivers and evaluates training programmes and courses for PA staff, grassroots leaders and community partners to strengthen community engagement capabilities and a growth mindset. The role supports senior NACLI leadership with training strategy and works closely with PA divisions to align learning initiatives with organisational goals. It also involves coordinating training logistics and contributing to curriculum and materials development.
