Learning Facilitator

The Learning Facilitator serves as the primary daily point of contact for students and families within a virtual learning environment, focusing on academic success, engagement, and well-being. This role involves proactive academic monitoring, technical assistance, and motivational support while collaborating with the Managing Instructor and Success Mentor to implement intervention strategies. The position aims to align all responsibilities with the strategic objectives and cultural vision of Blue-X Virtual.
