The Senior Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Learning to support more than 26,000 learners. The role serves as the subject matter expert for online learning, liaising with LMS and third-party vendors and coordinating system enhancements and upgrades. The position partners with HR, IT, and other stakeholder teams to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
