Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

ICF is seeking a technically focused Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the administration, implementation, modernization, and strategic evolution of enterprise learning technologies. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, business process alignment, governance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with complex federal and regulatory standards. The position involves interfacing with internal staff and various specialists to identify and document LMS requirements, manage user accounts, and oversee eLearning content and reporting.
