Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

The LMS Administrator is responsible for the effective administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the HAAS Learning Management System (Totara), ensuring the platform remains accurate, reliable, compliant, and user-focused. The role supports high-quality learning and development across the organisation by maintaining learning content, user access, system integrity, and reporting capabilities. Working closely with the Learning and Development team and key stakeholders, the administrator provides expert operational support, manages system processes, and delivers meaningful learning analytics to support workforce development and organisational performance.
