Learning Manager

The Learning Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives that support business objectives and develop future leaders within the luxury hospitality environment. This role involves collaborating with leadership to identify development priorities and translate them into impactful learning solutions aligned with brand values and People & Culture strategy. The position focuses on driving the property's Learning & Development strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of training programs across all departments.
