Learning Mentor

The Education Division’s Interim Provision Service is seeking a highly experienced Learning Mentor to support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in the Hastings and Eastbourne areas. This role involves delivering personalised mentoring within young people’s homes, conducting welfare checks, and supporting teaching and learning in a specialist centre. The position offers a flexible and autonomous working style to collaborate with multi-agency teams and ensure holistic support for vulnerable children during critical transition periods.
