Learning Partner Greater China

The Learning Partner, Vaccine and R&D is part of Sanofi’s Global Learning Organization supporting the Greater China population. The role partners with local business, Talent Management, and Global Learning Services to identify capability gaps and design and deploy localized learning initiatives aligned with the annual learning strategy and strategic workforce planning. It ensures learning programs are adapted to local standards, facilitates trainings, and drives continuous improvement of the learning experience.
