CoreWeave is seeking a Learning Partner Lead, Technical Development, to own the design and delivery of technical learning programs for their engineering and product hubs in Sunnyvale. This senior role translates complex AI infrastructure concepts into high-quality learning experiences for technically sophisticated audiences while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape organizational capability. The candidate will lead program design from scoping to evaluation, requiring deep instructional design expertise and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities
