The Learning Partner ensures operational effectiveness and supports the timely execution of quality training deliverables for associates. This role facilitates onboarding, manages training calendars, and serves as a Brand and Communications ambassador for the Professional and Leadership Development team. The position collaborates with subject matter experts across the organization to align training efforts with organizational goals.
