Learning Specialist

The Learning Specialist administers the Learning Management System and deploys online learning experiences to build organizational capabilities. The role involves managing curriculum configuration, course deployment, learner enrollment, and data reconciliation with UKG and Active Directory. Additionally, the position supports the design, development, and implementation of learning programs while managing logistics, training coordination, and performance reporting.
