Learning Support Assistant

Farlingaye High School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join its Learning Support Team, providing support within mainstream classrooms and with students on an individual or small group basis to develop literacy and numeracy skills. The role may also involve one-to-one support for students with complex physical needs, requiring empathy for those with communication and social skill difficulties. The successful candidate will need a good standard of education, strong communication skills, and GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
