Learning Support Coordinator

The Learning Support Coordinator role involves coordinating the day-to-day delivery of learning support services across ambulance education programmes to ensure learners receive the necessary support to succeed. This position serves as the central point of contact for learning support needs, collaborating with learners, Clinical Programme Leads, and other stakeholders to manage referrals, screening, and success plans. The role requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with organisational and NZQA requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of learning support processes.
