Learning Support Practitioner

The Learning Support Practitioner role involves supporting students of all ages with a wide range of learning difficulties and disabilities to remove barriers to learning and improve participation and achievement. The position requires providing effective and consistent support to enable students to reach their potential while fostering confidence and independence. This role also includes assisting teaching staff in making reasonable adjustments and maintaining professional relationships with students, parents, and external agencies.
