Learning Support Specialist (Writing)

The Learning Support Specialist (Writing) provides individualized and small-group academic support to graduate and undergraduate students, focusing on advanced academic writing, APA 7th edition, and scholarly communication. This grant-funded, part-time role partners with faculty to identify students needing assistance, develops instructional resources, and connects learners with university resources to promote academic success. The position primarily supports the School-Based Mental Health program while also assisting the broader student population as needed.
