Responsibilities

• Design and deliver organizational learning and talent development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end management of early careers programs including apprenticeships and graduate pathways.
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and development priorities across departments.
• Build strong relationships with academic institutions to ensure compliant and future-focused training programs.
• Provide monthly KPI reporting to directors demonstrating program impact, progress, and associated risks.
