Generation is a global nonprofit that supports economic mobility by training and placing people into in‑demand jobs through short, employer‑aligned training programs and bootcamps. Working with employers, governments, and community partners, Generation designs data‑driven curricula and measures outcomes to help learners gain the skills and supports needed for sustainable employment. As of early 2024 it reached 100,000 graduates—50,000 in the last two years—whose combined earnings have exceeded $1 billion, demonstrating significant scale and impact.
