About this role
The Learning Technology & Development Specialist (EMEA) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a regional L&D role responsible for the management and optimisation of the learning technology ecosystem and the development of learning initiatives to build commercial and leadership capabilities across EMEA. The role reports to the Head of Learning & Development, EMEA and works remotely to support diverse, multicultural teams across the region. It contributes to the company’s diagnostics and life-sciences mission by enabling professional development and capability growth in alignment with organisational standards.
