This role focuses on owning the overall learning technology experience across the LMS/LXP ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly learner journey. The position serves as the primary point of contact for learning technology governance, standards, and process control while partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to define system enhancements.
