Lease Administrator

The Lease Administrator manages day-to-day administration of a 170+ location retail and office portfolio across the United States and Canada, ensuring lease integrity, accurate record-keeping, and proactive management of critical dates and obligations. Reporting to the Senior Real Estate Manager, the role involves lease abstraction, document management, cross‑functional collaboration, and leveraging technology such as CoStar Real Estate Manager and AI tools to support real‑estate decision‑making.
