Lease Administrator

Reporting to the Lease Administration Director, the Lease Administrator is responsible for reviewing documentation and conducting financial analysis for a portfolio of Dollarama stores across the country. The role involves implementing best-in-class lease administration practices, abstracting key clauses from leases, and ensuring the accuracy of year-end billings and rental advice notices. This position requires a proactive approach to managing lease administration processes and maintaining accurate records for approximately 230-250 locations.
