Lease Administrator

The Lease Administrator prepares, administers, and maintains commercial and industrial lease documents, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the lease lifecycle. This role serves as the primary point of contact for entering and maintaining lease data within property management systems and collaborates with leasing, property management, accounting, and operations teams to ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies. The position involves managing lease abstracts, calculating tenant charges, preparing rent schedules, and maintaining electronic and physical lease files. Additionally, the role supports audit requests, system testing, and special projects as assigned.
