Lease Administrator

The Lease Administrator provides accurate and timely administrative support across the lease portfolio, maintaining lease data and documentation while preparing obligation summaries and supporting rent roll and funding processes. The role coordinates lease payments, assists with outgoings reconciliations, and resolves payment and data exceptions. This position collaborates with Senior Lease Managers and the Transaction Management team to ensure lease obligations and transactions are administered in accordance with agreed processes and lease requirements.
