Lease Analyst

The Lease Analyst supports clients in managing leased portfolios using the RealLease technology platform, handling tasks from abstracting lease terms to reconciling landlord billings and providing critical analysis. This role ensures the integrity of lease administration databases, monitors budget increases, and prepares financial reconciliations and reports for stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work independently or within a team to maintain accurate lease records and payment processes.
