Lease Operations Administrator

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking an experienced Lease Operations Administrator to lead lease administration and CAM charge and pool setup for a growing portfolio. This role owns the accuracy and integrity of lease data from setup through CAM charge and pool setup, and builds and refines the processes that support the accounting and leasing teams. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of lease administration or property accounting experience, strong fluency in CAM charges and CAM pool setup, and the judgment to operate independently and drive process improvement with minimal oversight.
