Lease Operator

As part of ExxonMobil's Permian Basin operations, this entry-level role involves assisting lease operators with inspecting and maintaining pumping and wellhead equipment. The position includes operating gas engines and hydraulics, utilizing SCADA systems for surveillance, and entering production data into electronic reporting systems. Candidates will perform minor repairs, detect leaks, and adhere to strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures while driving company vehicles on unpaved roads.
