Lease Operator

The Lease Operator is responsible for conducting operational assessments of assigned wells, equipment, and plant facilities, and submitting daily reports on production and maintenance activities. The role prioritizes safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance while performing minor repairs, equipment monitoring, and coordinating with optimization and engineering teams. The operator also maintains equipment, supports emergency response, and contributes to operational efficiency through problem resolution and optimization recommendations.
