Lease up and Occupancy Clerk

The Lease up and Occupancy Clerk provides centralized services to applicants, tenants, and property management staff for application processing, tenant selections, subsidy calculations, and maintenance requests. This full-time position reports directly to the Director of Lease up and Occupancy and works cooperatively within a team environment to ensure prompt and accurate service. The role is based out of the Admin & Finance Office in Langford, British Columbia.
