Lease‑Up Manager

The Lease‑Up Manager leads day‑to‑day operations of a new affordable housing community during its lease‑up phase, overseeing leasing performance, compliance, resident relations, financial processes, and onsite staff. The role drives occupancy, ensures regulatory adherence, manages budgeting and purchasing, and provides leadership and training to the leasing team while reporting to senior leadership.
