The Leasing Agent serves as a key player in the apartment community, reporting to the General Manager and handling all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role involves managing apartment rentals, overseeing move-ins and lease renewals, generating leads, and ensuring positive onboarding experiences for residents. This position requires maintaining accurate leasing records, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
