Leasing Assistant

This role supports the property management team in achieving occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service. The position involves assisting with sales and leasing activities, preparing lease paperwork, and managing move-in and move-out processes for residents. It also includes handling resident inquiries, conducting property tours, and participating in on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness.
