Leasing Assistant

This role supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, focusing primarily on leasing apartments and maintaining positive tenant relations. The position involves greeting residents and prospects, showing units, processing applications, and managing lease paperwork. It also includes handling maintenance requests, advertising vacancies, and assisting with property inspections and turnovers.
