Leasing Associate

The Leasing Associate is responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, and securing rentals. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating move-ins, and promoting resident retention under the direction of the Property Manager. The position requires maintaining accurate records, conducting property tours, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
