Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing production at an apartment community, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, managing leads, and ensuring lease agreements and move‑in paperwork are properly executed. The role involves meeting leasing targets, maintaining model units, handling online inquiries, and providing customer service support under the supervision of the Property Manager.
