Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the daily coordination of all leasing aspects of on-site operations at the community. This role involves assisting the Area Manager and Community Managers with special leasing projects, maintaining accurate knowledge of available apartments, and ensuring a professional appearance of leasing and model areas. The position requires processing rental applications, completing traffic and activity reports, and assisting with resident move-ins and lease renewals.
