Leasing Consultant

This role combines customer service and sales to lease apartments at two apartment communities in Decatur and Lithonia, GA. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective residents through various channels, conduct property tours, and guide them through the application process while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines. The position requires maintaining property presentation standards, documenting interactions in PMS software, and participating in marketing and outreach activities to support occupancy goals.
