Leasing Consultant

This role generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office by serving as a property representative at student hangouts and events. The position involves providing additional support to the community at large leasing events and marketing the assigned community during external outreach. The role requires engaging with leasing prospects to discuss community and housing needs while distributing literature on campus and at popular student locations.
