Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in leasing efforts and resident interactions at an upscale student housing community in downtown Savannah, GA. You will create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while achieving individual and team leasing goals. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting tours, managing inquiries, and guiding them through the application and lease execution process. You will also provide customer service to current residents and maintain the community's common areas and waitlist.
