Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant with LIHTC experience to assist in the leasing office of Tapestry on Orem in Houston, TX. The Leasing Professional serves as the community’s sales representative, welcoming prospects, understanding their needs, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals. The role requires a service-oriented, organized, and articulate professional to manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the community and local market.
