Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing production at an apartment community under the supervision of the Property Manager. This role involves meeting and touring leasing prospects, responding to online inquiries, and ensuring leasing targets are achieved. The position requires maintaining high standards for sales models and tour routes while managing the leasing process from initial contact to lease execution.
