Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager supports the Community Manager in the day-to-day operational performance of a lease-up community while taking a lead role in driving leasing performance and achieving established lease-up, occupancy, and stabilization goals. This role combines hands-on property management responsibilities with a strong sales and leasing focus, maintaining visibility into the full leasing pipeline and supporting the sales team. The position also involves supporting daily property operations, including resident account activity, payment posting, warranty tracking, and coordination with maintenance and construction partners.
