The Leasing Consultant coordinates a community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This onsite role represents the community to prospects and residents while supporting move-ins, renewals, and resident satisfaction. The position is part of the property management team and interacts with maintenance and corporate resources to ensure show unit quality and operational standards.
