YQC Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to manage leasing and marketing activities for a growing portfolio of apartment communities. The role involves on-site resident relations, property inspections, and administrative support to ensure high occupancy and resident retention. This position requires frequent in-person interaction with residents, applicants, and vendors, along with regular property inspections and immediate response to operational needs.
