• Lead the community's marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Provide a high-quality prospect experience including qualifying and nurturing leads, impactful tours, and thoughtful follow-up
• Execute outreach marketing events to generate new leads and drive traffic to the community
• Manage the community's social media accounts to promote lifestyle and events at Sparrow
