The Leasing Specialist at Flow is responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process for a high-rise multifamily property, serving as a primary point of contact for prospects and residents. The role focuses on maintaining occupancy and revenue targets while supporting a high-quality resident experience in a community-focused environment. It requires strong communication, administrative, and organizational capabilities within an onsite, hospitality-driven real estate setting. The position reports to the Leasing Manager and/or Community Manager at the Fort Lauderdale, FL property.
