Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention. The role involves conducting property tours, screening applicants, and maintaining property operations to ensure a high-quality living environment. This position requires regular communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams to fulfill leasing responsibilities and support community outreach efforts.
