Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention. The role involves managing residency inquiries, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and maintaining marketing materials to promote the community. Additionally, the specialist ensures property readiness, handles daily deposits, and complies with all relevant regulations and company policies.
