Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention. The role involves communicating with employees, vendors, and prospective residents to manage inquiries, conduct tours, and process applications.
